Our Vision

Our vision is for all members of our Sixth Form community to thrive and be the very best they can be so that no student is left behind. We strive to ensure that all students feel safe and happy; they are in the best position possible to ensure that their Sixth Form experience with us is a positive one.

We support our students to achieve their goals by:

  • providing a breadth of academic subjects delivered by subject specialists, 
  • a mentoring program, including 1:1 sessions so that students are supported both academically and personally, and
  • providing enriching co-curricular opportunities so that student knowledge and experience goes way beyond just the academic.

Our co-curricular, Enrichment offer prepares students for the future by providing opportunities to complete the Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, study AS level French, additional Maths qualifications, the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), and supporting younger members of our school community through mentoring or as a teaching assistant. Moreover, we provide extensive leadership opportunities, either through our Head Boy/Girl application process, or via representation on our School Council. Finally, our Sixth Form Diploma provides a super-curriculum that builds curiosity and resilience, and ultimately an independent working ethos that builds success.
